Give your daily routine
a little companion.

16 hours on an empty stomach · 8 hours of meals. Taking it slow is perfectly fine.

Enjoy your meals in the daytime,
rest at ease at night.

For example, eat normally between 9:00 and 17:00 and burn fat on an empty stomach the rest of the time.
Mealtimes can be adjusted freely.

Can I drink water on an empty stomach? Yes, you can drink water as usual.

You can drink water, unsweetened tea or black coffee as usual. If you feel hungry, have a glass of warm water first; your body adapts quickly.

Can I eat whatever I like during the meal window? Aim for balance and moderation.

No need to go hungry, but no overeating either. Eat three proper meals, with plenty of protein and vegetables and fewer sweets.

Who is this not suitable for? Under 18, pregnant, nursing, or on medication? Please consult a doctor first.

Not advised if pregnant, nursing, underweight, or with a history of eating disorders. Those with diabetes, chronic illness, or on medication must follow medical advice. If you feel dizzy, have palpitations, tremors, or fatigue, end your empty-stomach period immediately and seek medical attention.
